TLS707 contains a version of the SCO OpenServer "hw" command for UnixWare 7 operating systems. TLS707 will install these files: /etc/hw /usr/man/html.1M/hw.1M.html Software Notes and Recommendations ---------------------------------- TLS707 should only be installed on: UnixWare 7.x PTF7407 should be loaded as well, because hw uses the output of the crash command for some of its reports, and the crash command output has been dramatically improved in PTF7407. Installation Instructions ------------------------- 1. Download the tls707.pkg.Z file to the /tmp directory on your machine. 2. As root, uncompress the file and add the TLS package to your system using these commands: $ su Password: # uncompress /tmp/tls707.pkg.Z # pkgadd -d /tmp/tls707.pkg # rm /tmp/tls707.pkg 3. There is no need to reboot the system after installing this TLS package. Removal Instructions -------------------- 1. As root, remove the TLS package using these commands: $ su Password: # pkgrm tls707 2.
