Dear SCO Customer,

Support Level Supplement (SLS) PTF3392, the D10IPM10 Update of NonStop
Clusters for SCO UnixWare, provides the latest fixes for the D10 release 
of NonStop Clusters for SCO UnixWare.

This supplement comprises three packages held in a compressed cpio archive:

        D10IPM10 - the update to the NonStop Clusters for UnixWare
        ncu package

        D10UPDdoc - installs the Software Release Document
        (ptf3392.doc) into /var/sadm/softdocs/D10UPD.D10IPM10
        
        nscman -  NonStop Cluster man pages


Software Notes and Recommendations
----------------------------------

PTF3392 should ONLY be installed on: 

         UnixWare 2.1 NonStop Clusters Version D10 running on
         SCO UnixWare Application Server or Personal Edition
           Release 2.1.2


Installation Instructions
-------------------------

1. Download the ptf3392.Z, ptf3392.txt, and ptf3392.doc files to 
   the /tmp directory on your machine.

2. As root, uncompress the ptf3392.Z file using these commands:

        $ su
        Password: <type your root password>
        # uncompress /tmp/ptf3392.Z

3. Create a directory and unpack the cpio archive into it using these 
   commands:

        # mkdir /D10IPM10
        # cd /D10IPM10
        # cpio -icvdBum < /tmp/ptf3392

4. The three packages that comprise D10IPM10 are now available in 
   /D10IPM10.  Install D10IPM10 following the instructions in the 
   release notes, ptf3392.doc.
