DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates the files to install Compaq Integration Maintenance 
Utility and System Partition Upgrade Utility 4.22 for Microsoft Windows NT 4.00.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP9922.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded SoftPaq file:
    SP9922 [ENTER]. You may not be able to create the files on a diskette due to size
    constraints. Following files will be created:
    _isdel.exe 			setup.exe
    _setup.dll			Ddlink.dll
    _inst32i.ex_	    	Setup.ins
    Setup.iss			_setup.lib
    Setup.pkg 			Data.z
	
4.  Please read readme.txt for instructions on how to install the sotfware. 

5.  After the application is installed, you may delete the downloaded file
    SP9922.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you
    wish.

6. This SoftPaq provides support for System ROMPaq disk 6, which was not 
   included in SPUU ver 4.21 on SmartStart 4.21. This SoftPaq is intended 
   for customers having issues with System Partition Upgrade Utility for   
   System ROMPaq with SmartStart 4.21.
