DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to upgrade the ROM in the integrated 
modem in the Armada 7000 Series notebook models listed above for the US, 
Canada, Japan, and Mexico.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes modem power management (S89 sleep timer)

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files in the download 
directory.  

3. After the directory has been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, refer to README.TXT in the created 
directory.  

5. To install, run SETUP.EXE.  For example, in Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0, 
use the task bar to select Start, then Run.  Enter:   
   <path>\setup
   where <path> is the drive and directory chosen in step 2.

6. After the installation is completed, you may delete the directory 
created in step 2 if you wish.
