DESCRIPTION:  Creates the four System Configuration For Compaq EISA and 
EISA/PCI Products diskettes, which support all currently shipping 
Systems Division server products. It is installed on the System 
Partition for those systems that support it and have hard drives. It 
is shipped as diskette(s) on all other products.

New Features:

1. Added support for the Pentium II model of the Compaq ProLiant 800 server.
2. Added support for the Pentium II Xeon model of the Compaq ProLiant 6500 server.
3. Added support for the Pentium II version of the Compaq ProLiant 3000 server.
4. Added support for the Compaq ProSignia 740 server.
5. Added support for the Compaq Smart Array 3200 controller.
6. Added support for the Compaq ProLiant Storage System /UE.
7. Added support for the Compaq Fast Ethernet NIC NC3122 PCI Dual 10/100.
8. Added support for the Compaq Fast Ethernet NIC NC3131 64 PCI Dual Base 10/100.
9. Added support for up to 16 C875 SCSI interfaces in one system.
10. Added support for the in-chassis upgrade of Pentium Pro Compaq ProLiant 6000, 6500, and 7000 models to Pentium II Xeon technology.
11. Removed Japanese print driver and print support.

HOW TO USE:
                                            
1. Obtain four (4) formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert the formatted diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes have been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. To run the Compaq System Configuration Utility, power down your 
computer, place the Compaq System Configuration Utility diskette 1 in 
Drive A:, and power up your computer.
