VERSION: 1.04 Rev. A

system environment.

NOTE: To determine the BIOS family and BIOS date, press F10 on the target

ENHANCEMENTS:
- Provides BIOS support for future processors.
- Adds the ability to enable or disable individual SATA ports. This new feature
enhances security by designating the SATA ports through which an operating
system can be booted.

FIXES:
- Fixes an issue that occurs when disabling Wake-on-LAN (WOL) from a power-off
state. WOL can now be properly disabled.
- Corrects references to SATA port 5 (the External SATA port) from "SATA5" to
"eSATA" in the Computer Configuration Utility (F10).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
LINUX USERS: After downloading the SoftPaq file, verify that the SoftPaq file
has a .tgz extension. If it does not, change it to .tgz. Some browsers
automatically rename the file with a .tar extension, which makes the SoftPaq
unusable.

1. Download and extract the .TGZ file. For example, to extract the contents, at
console prompt type (where ''filename'' is replaced by the name of the file to
be extracted):
''tar -xzvf filename.tgz''

2. For more information about flashing the system BIOS, see the README text
file that is provided in the SoftPaq.
