1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE to a directory on your 
   hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen
   instructions. When prompted, type "Y" to confirm the
   unpacking of files. This creates a new directory folder
   in the download directory to which all files are unpacked.
