- Fixes fast recording issue that occurs with the Webcam in Low Light mode.

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. If the message "This program might not have installed correctly"
   is displayed, click "This program installed correctly."

4. After the installation is complete, restart (reboot) the notebook.
   The notebook must be rebooted for the changes to take effect.
