FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where setting the lid-switch to "Do nothing" may cause a panning
  image to be displayed on the internal display when the notebook lid is opened.

- Fixes issue where there is no image on the internal display after the notebook
  lid is closed and then re-opened and before the user logs-in when running the
  Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System.

- Fixes issue that occurs when running the Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating
  System where pressing Fn+F4 does not switch the display if Microsoft
  NetMeeting is running.
