- Fixes intermittent issue that occurs when a system is continually restarted 
(rebooted), and a Broadcom network device is physically connected to a Cisco 
Catalyst 6500 switch, and the link speed and duplex is forced to 100mb FDX. 
When this intermittent issue occurs, the driver may detect that the link is 
down, even when it is up, resulting in no network connectivity.
