ENHANCEMENTS:
- This patch installs a file named oeminfo.xml, which is required for the 
  successful activation of Microsoft Reader for Mobile 5.0.

PREREQUISITES: 
- Requires ROM version 1.00 for Mobile 5.0.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Establish an ActiveSync connection between the iPAQ Pocket PC and 
   the host PC.

3. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Proceed with the Reader Activation steps per Microsoft's guidelines.
