ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Includes Citrix 9.20, which significantly improves Citrix printer support.
- Updates USB automount function.
- Sets NoDDCValue option to ignore invalid or incompatible edit information 
from some flat-panel displays.
- Enhances printer applet to adjust spooler size and to specify the Microsoft 
Windows printer driver name for local printer in Citrix sessions.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. When prompted, choose one of the following options:
- Create a ISO image for CD mastering software.
- Format a USB drive with the image and tools.
- Unpack the contents into a directory of your choice.

If you are not sure how to proceed, or want to integrate this image into a 
managed environment, choose ''Deployment'' and then review the documentation 
provided in the RECOVERY.PDF file.

NOTE: To determine the operating system version, click Go, then select 
Settings, and then select System.
