DESCRIPTION: HP PDU Management Module Upgrade Utility v1.0.5 (Firmware, Configuration Settings)
This utility is used to upgrade the firmware and also the configuration settings of each module.  The utility supports 2 transfer modes: serial and TFTP.  With TFTP, users can upgrade multiple cards as well as do a mass configuration to multiple modules. 

NOTE: THIS SOFTPAQ DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FIRMWARE.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. This executable file is downloaded as a self extracting compressed file.

2. The upgrade utility and the procedures should be included within the softpaq.  Please read the procedures before upgrading.
