FIXES:
- Fixes intermittent "Error -100, please reset" error that occurs after 
  resuming from Standby mode with Fingerprint login enabled within the 
  HP ProtectTools Software.

PREREQUISITES: 
- Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7 (or later) is required.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

   NOTE: Downloading and extracting the SoftPaq files to the root directory,
   that is C:\, may generate an error. To avoid this potential issue, 
   specify a download location other than C:\ or choose one of the default 
   locations. 

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to 
   unpack the files.
   
3. Establish an ActiveSync connection between the handheld and host PC.
 
4. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. If 
   asked to replace a file, select "Yes" or "Yes to All."
          
5. When the installation is complete, perform a normal reset on the 
   handheld.
