DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated firmware images
               for the latest releases of HP ProLiant DL145 G2
               Lights-Out 100i Remote Management for XC Cluster.


Important Note:

 IMPORTANT: This release is ONLY intended for XC Cluster customers!

	    After upgrading to the ProLiant DL145 G2 BMC Firmware v1.03 
	    the BMC may not be recognized during POST when connecting 
	    the server to AC power and immediately powering on.  
	    Upgrading the DL145 G2 system ROM to version 2.13 or later 
	    will prevent this issue.

HOW TO USE:

  1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

  2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on a system running Microsoft Windows 2000, 
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, or Microsoft Windows XP and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP32651.EXE.


  3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded SoftPaq file:
SPxxxxx [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive 
to create diskette.


  4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file if you wish.

  5.  Insert this diskette into the diskette drive of the system to be updated.
