ENHANCEMENTS:
- Improves the performance of small file read operations.

FIXES:
- Eliminates false SMART 32h errors at boot time that occur with workloads that
subject the drive to a large number of sequential read streams. This firmware
modification saves the context of commands that need to be deferred if on-drive
Cache resources become exhausted, instead of relying on error recovery to
complete the associated operation. This eliminates the path that invokes error
recovery and thereby eliminates the associated false SMART trips.
