             1. Resolved an issue with properly displaying the system memory size
	        during POST.

	     2. Resolved an issue which would require the user to push and hold the 
	        power button for 4 seconds to force an ACPI override to power off 
	        the system after a Wake on LAN event.
	      
	     3. Resolved an issue when the "Power Fail Recovery" function
	        is set to "Always Off", the system will power on when AC is restored.

	     4. Resolved an issue where the system will hang during POST
	        if the PS2 mouse is disabled.

	     5. Updated the default values in BIOS setup for the LAN Setting
	        to enable BMC Telnet Service, BMC Ping Service, and BMC HTTP Service.

	     6. Resolved an issue setting the Static Gateway IP address in the IPMI
	        Lan Settings of the BIOS setup menu. When DHCP is set all IP address 
	        fields will be correctly grayed out. 





HOW TO USE:

  1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

  2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on a system running Microsoft Windows 2000, 
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, or Microsoft Windows XP and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP32302.EXE.


  3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded SoftPaq file:
SPxxxxx [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive 
to create diskette.


  4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file if you wish.

  5.  Insert this diskette into the diskette drive of the system to be updated.
