               for the latest maintenance releases of HP
               ProLiant ML150 G2 Servers.

           1. Added SMBIOS record type 38 to support OS detection of IPMI 2.0.

	   2. Added additional support needed for Lights-Out 100i firmware 
	      version 1.21 and IPMI 2.0.

	   3. Added information in the SMBIOS table to support ECC.

	   4. Added support for latest Intel processors.

        ===========================================

           
           1. Resolved an issue which would result in an error message 
	      "Expansion ROM not initialized" during POST when initializing 
	      some large option ROMs.  

	   2. Resolved an issue where the PCIX slot information is shown 
	      incorrectly in the BIOS Setup Utility when disabling PCI-E devices.



HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP31946.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP31946 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP31946.EXE if you wish.
