New Features - HP ProLiant ML370 G4 system ROM P50 (11/09/2005) ================================================= 1) Added support for 64-bit Dual-Core Intel Xeon processors. Problems Fixed - HP ProLiant ML370 G4 system ROM P50 (11/09/2005) ================================================= 1) Resolved an issue that may result in a server hang during POST when certain storage controllers are installed and more than 7 logical drive volumes are configured. This issue may occur on certain controllers, whether embedded or expansion card based, if 8 or more blank drives are attached to the controller. This issue will occur with, but is not limited to, the HP 8 Port SAS/SATA controller, HP Single-Channel U320 SCSI HBA G2 Controller, and HP 64-Bit/133 MHz PCI-X Dual-Channel U320 Controller. 2) Updated LSI U320 SCSI Option ROM to version 5.05.20. This Option ROM resolves issues seen with One Button Disaster Recovery (OBDR) Tape drive support when standup LSI U320 SCSI controllers are installed in the system. This issue would cause hard disk attached to the SCSI controller to not be seen by the OBDR Tape Software. 3) Add support for iSCSI adapters to be configured as the boot controller in the ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU). Certain iSCSI adapters previously would not show up in the boot controller menu in RBSU. Known Problems - HP ProLiant ML370 G4 system ROM P50 (11/09/2005) ================================================= None. HOW TO USE: 1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette. 2.
