This package creates files that contain the HPQFlash utility and a binary image of the System BIOS (ROM) for the listed notebook models with a 68DTTFamily ROM. The HPQFlash utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS onnotebooks operating in a Microsoft Windows Operating System environment. NOTE: After updating the BIOS to version F.0D, the Quick Launch Buttons softwaremust be updated by downloading the most current version of the Quick LaunchButtons SoftPaq from the HP website.NOTE: To determine the ROM family and ROM date, press F10 on the target notebook during startup to run the Setup Utility, and then view File/System Information. |

HOW TO USE: |
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. After updating the BIOS to version F.0D, complete the following steps: 1. Remove the current version of the Quick Launch Buttons application from the notebook. 2.
