PREREQUISITES: N/A HOW TO USE: NOTE: The BIOS must be updated while the notebook is running the Microsoft Windows XP Operating System. No method for updating the BIOS while running the Linux operating system is available. After the notebook BIOS has been updated, the notebook can be restarted to run the Linux operating system. 1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. NOTE: The BIOS version can be determined during the last step of running the WinFlash utility. Click "OK" to confirm the BIOS update and continue, or click "Cancel" to skip it.
