TITLE: HP rp5000 Point of Sale System BIOS (686O3 BIOS)

DESCRIPTION:
This package contains utilities that can be used to restore or update the 
system BIOS on the HP rp5000 Point of Sale System with a 686O3 BIOS. 

Several methods for changing the BIOS version on your computer may be chosen. 
Included in this package are the following methods:
- Create a ROMpaq bootable BIOS upgrade/restore diskette.
- Upgrade the BIOS directly in the Microsoft Windows environment using 
HPQFlash. 

This package can be used with Software System Manager (SSM), HP Client Manager 
Software (HPCMS), or preboot execution environment (PXE) management software 
for remote updating of the BIOS.

NOTE: The BIOS family and BIOS date can be determined by pressing F10 on the 
target computer during system Power On to run the Setup Utility, and then 
selecting File/System Information. This information can be saved into a text 
file on a diskette or on a USB flash media device by selecting File/Save to 
Diskette. In order for a USB flash media device to be recognized by the system, 
the device must be attached before the computer is turned on.
