          1. Updated to modify the Fan Controller settings to provide better
	     cooling during CPU intensive operations.

	  2. Resolved issue properly initializing the processor MCA registers
	     to prevent false reports of multi-bit memory errors.

	  3. Resolved issue causing Windows 2003 to hang at boot time when
	     a serial device is attached to the serial port.




HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP31540.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP31540 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP31540.EXE if you wish.
