- Updates the default size of the dedicated vertical scroll zone on the touchpad
  for those platforms with a dedicated scroll zone. This update should help to
  ensure that the scroll zone functions correctly for the different touchpad
  hardware variations.

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Restart the notebook when the installation is complete.
