DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated system ROM images
               for the latest maintenance releases of HP

 IMPORTANT: Upgrading to the DL140 G2 System BIOS version 1.14 is recommended 
            when using BMC Firmware version 1.21.

         1. Updated to remove the Sata Raid menu item from the BIOS setup screen.

	 2. Updated to change the Extend Memory size from Kb to MB in the BIOS 
	    Setup Menu Main Screen.

	 3. Added synchronization code within the Power On Self Test to ensure 
	    the BMC is properly detected following a power supply power up.

	 4. Added support to auto detect a USB drive key as a boot device.

	 5. Added support to display the correct BMC F/W version in the BIOS 
	    Setup Menu.





HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP31329.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP31329 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP31329.EXE if you wish.
