- Fixes issue where the system stops responding (hangs) when resuming from 
Standby (S3) mode if the hard drive power management setting is set to prevent 
the hard drive from spinning up at Power On.

PREREQUISITES: 
- To use this driver, the Adaptec SCSI Raid 2120S Controller must have Version 
7244 firmware.

NOTE: If the controller does not have Version 7244 firmware, download SoftPaq 
Number SP27081 (or later) and follow the instructions in that package to update 
the firmware on the controller before updating the driver with this SoftPaq.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to extract 
the driver files and instructions.

3. Follow the installation instructions provided in the README.TXT file.
