This package contains the driver for the Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem in the 
listed desktop models and operating systems.

NOTE: The same version modem driver is provided in this SoftPaq (SP30781) and 
the superseded SoftPaq (SP30360). However, this SoftPaq fixes an issue with 
System Software Manager (SSM). If you do not use SSM, you can obtain the driver 
from either SoftPaq. Users who require SSM, should download and install this 
SoftPaq.
