ENHANCEMENTS:
- Enables the display to be rotated.
- Enables 1800x1440 and 1792x1344 video modes on the HP Compaq nc6230 Notebook
  PC, the HP Compaq nc8230 Notebook PC, and the HP Compaq nx8220 Notebook PC.
- Enables 1680x1050, 1440x900, and 1280x800 video modes on the HP Compaq nc8230
  Notebook PC and the HP Compaq nx8220 Notebook PC.

FIXES: 
- Fixes an issue where Microsoft Paint does not start after the notebook is
  started (booted) with a projector attached to the DVI port.
- Fixes an issue where use of Fn+F4 does not switch the display after the 
  notebook resumes from Standby mode while in Extended Desktop mode.
- Fixes an issue where the notebook enters a Panning mode after resuming from 
  Standby mode when a CRT is attached and when Microsoft Windows login is
  disabled.
- Fixes an issue where the HP L2335 Flat Panel Monitor does not work correctly
  (the screen is blank) when the monitor is connected to the notebook through 
  the VGA port and is using 1600x1200 video mode.
