This Softpaq is used for local flashing via a floppy drive. New features - 1) Schema-free directory integration for Microsoft Active Directory - iLO can be configured for directory authentication using the standard Active Directory schema. Authorization based on groups and privileges stored in the iLO user database. Configuration available in the Lights-Out Directory Migration utility, web interface, scripting interface, and command line protocol (CLP). This feature is available with an iLO Advanced license. 2) Two-factor authentication using a Smart Card or USB Key - iLO can be configured for user authentication & authorization using a digital certificate stored on a Smart Card or USB Key. This feature is available with an iLO Advanced license and is supported only with Microsoft Internet Explorer. 3) Support for USB key drives as a virtual media devices. This feature is available with an iLO Advanced license. Also, the virtual media web interface was updated to more easily enable multi-device connection. 4) Power Regulator for ProLiant P-state reporting - iLO will track Power state information on each processor for the last 12 hours. The data is available graphically on the web interface, and available numerically via the scripting interface. This feature is available with an iLO Advanced license and is supported on Power Regulator enabled servers running a System ROM dated 6/1/2005 or later. 5) New option to enable acquiring the remote console when it is in use by another user. 6) VLAN support for the Shared Network Port - Allow iLO traffic to be isolated from other network traffic. 7) iLO Virtual Serial Port (VSP) support for serial BREAK - The serial BREAK event can be transmitted to the host system via VSP by pressing the ESC CTRL-B key sequence. This capability has been added to support the Linux OS feature of Magic SysRq. 8) Reduced the delay before redirecting to login screen. 9) Simplified web interface for configuring the data transfer between HP SIM and iLO. The Data Return option can now be enabled or disabled. 10) Display an error message on the web interface when in flash recovery mode. Problems fixed from last release - 1) Corrected error handling and user authentication in XML sessions. 2) Update Power Regulator for ProLiant detection code to work with system ROMs dated 6/1/2005 or later. iLO will now report and allow selection of Power Regulator modes on servers that support Static Low Power Mode only, in addition to the current support for other Power Regulator modes. 3) Corrected an issue that prevented the iLO firmware from maintaining a user defined static IP address for blade servers. This occurs with iLO firmware version 1.55 and greater due to the support of Static Bay IP Configuration.
