Using HPRPM, you could connect to the UPS (ping), but the UPS would not response when issued a shutdown command. Fixes: - Corrects the shutdown feature on the R12000XR. The 3.62 firmware corrects the shutdown feature on the R12000XR when using an SNMP card. You can now connect to the UPS through SNMP and the UPS will respond to the shutdown command issued by the software. HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. This executable file is downloaded as a self extracting compressed file. Run the file to extract the required flash utility and firmware. 2. From the specified drive and directory, execute the Flash utility by clicking on the Update.bat file.
