When unlocked, the operating system can override the Setup password to modify assignments for serial and parallel ports. It is locked by default. - Adds SERR/NMI generation on chipset/PCI errors. - Enables Thermal Monitoring 2 (TM2) for E0-stepping processors that support this capability.
