HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. From the download directory, execute the SoftPaq. When executed with no parameters, files are extracted into the current directory. To extract the files into a different directory, specify the complete path of the directory as a parameter: SPxxxx Enter "Y" to confirm and files are unpacked into the download directory or the directory specified. 3. After the files have been created, you may delete the self-extracting file downloaded in step 1. 4. To install the driver, go to the Control Panel and select: Display/Settings/Display Type Verify that the Adapter Type is S3 V2/GX. If it is, then continue to select: Change/Have Disk Type in the path to the download directory or select "Browse" to specify the location of the files extracted in step 2. 5.
