A power cycle is necessary to recover the server. This problem is only found on servers that are non-EISA-based PCI servers. Support for those servers, specifically the Proliant 800 and Prosignia 200, was added in the CIM 3.20 Agents. HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP3178.EXE. 2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: SP3178 [ENTER] The following files should be created: CPQBSSA.NLM CPQBSSA.DOC 3. After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP3178.EXE if you wish. 4.
