- Provides a BIOS workaround for issue where notebooks running the Microsoft

- Fixes intermittent issue where notebook is not able to start (boot) from a 
  USB diskette drive that is connected to the upper-left USB port.
- Fixes issue where Bluetooth setting is not retained.

HOW TO USE:
 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: The BIOS version can be determined during the last step of running
the WinFlash utility. Click "OK" to confirm the BIOS update and continue,
or click "Cancel" to skip it.
