Windows 98 Second Edition, Microsoft Windows ME, and Microsoft Windows NT 
Operating Systems are not supported.

PREREQUISITES: 
Requires one of the following operating systems:

- Microsoft Windows 2000 5.00.2195 original release (or later)

- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 5.20.3790 original release (or later)

HOW TO USE: 
NOTE: To install the software in this SoftPaq, you must be logged in with 
Administrator privileges.

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack 
the files to C:\SWSETUP\SP30420 or another directory of your choice.

3. After unpacking the files, the setup program runs automatically. You may 
either continue to install the chipset drivers or cancel the installation.

4. After the files have been unpacked, the .EXE file downloaded in Step 1 can 
be deleted, if desired.
