NOTE: Because of the expiration date on the SSL certificates, the Receiver will no longer establish a connection to the Sender after 22 February 2005. When attempting to connect to a Sender, the following error message is displayed in an error dialog, ''Unable to connect to Sender!'' PREREQUISITES: Before installing this SoftPaq, the currently installed ''certs'' directories must be deleted from the following two directories: - c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Sender - c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Receiver HOW TO USE: INSTALLATION PROCEDURE FOR ALL REMOTE GRAPHICS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS: 1. Using Microsoft Windows Explorer, select the following directory: c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Sender 2. In that directory, select the ''certs'' directory and delete it. 3. Using Microsoft Windows Explorer, select the following directory: c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Receiver 4. In that directory, select the ''certs'' directory and delete it. 5. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 6. Execute the downloaded file and extract the contents of the SoftPaq .EXE file to the following directory: c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Sender NOTE: If you changed the default location of this software when you installed it, change the default location for the files from this SoftPaq accordingly. 7. You will now see a newly created ''certs'' directory in the ''c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Sender'' directory. 8. To update the Receiver SSL certificates, create a copy of the newly created ''certs'' directory and place the copy in the following directory: c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics Receiver 9.
