ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Adds Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Portuguese Language
  support.

FIXES: 
- Fixes hpqsetup.exe -p option by adding a profile tab for the HP
  Compaq nc8230 Notebook PC, the HP Compaq nx8220 Notebook PC,
  and HP Compaq nw8240 Notebook PC.
- Fixes Profile schemes password message to display the correct
  text when the user selects the .INI file from the drop-down
  list.

PREREQUISITES:  
- HP ProtectTools Security Manager Version 2.00 Rev A must be
  installed on the notebook before this SoftPaq can be installed.
  HP ProtectTools Security Manager is available in SoftPaq Number
  SP29413 (or later).

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard
   drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen
   instructions.
