PREREQUISITES: N/A HOW TO USE: 1. You must be ROOT user with no X-server running (init 3). 2. To check for existing NVIDIA packages, at the prompt type: 'rpm -qa | grep nv' 3. Remove any previous package, for example, at the prompt type: 'rpm -e nvidia-6111-1.0.i386.rpm' 4. To install the new package, at the prompt type: 'rpm -ivh nvidia-6633-1.2.i386.rpm' NOTE: The previous steps will install the package file on the system, but they do not configure the new driver. 5. Configure the new package by executing the following script: '/opt/hp/graphics/nvidia/configure' NOTE: Step 5 will place/build, and configure the NVIDIA accelerated graphics module. It will also move aside any current XF86Config file and put a standard NVIDIA file in place.
