DESCRIPTION:

This Softpaq creates the OS/2 Support Software Diskettes
for HP (SSD).

SSD contains OS/2 drivers for Storage, Health, System Management
and Remote Management. This software enhances the performance of 
HP/Compaq options such as Compaq Drive Array controllers, Compaq 
SCSI controllers, HP Array controllers and Compaq CD-ROM drives.
This software requires 2 formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.
 
Enhancements/Fixes in Version 4.60 Rev. A

The following HP Driver was updated:

 - HP CISS Driver CPQCISS.ADD v1.32
	Fix for an internal processing error when issuing
	xcopy with verify option and lazy cache turned off.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
   change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is a self 
   extracting executable with a file name SP29062.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq
   file:
      SP29062 [ENTER]

   The following files should be created:

   QRST5.EXE
   217380US._01
   217380US._02
   SP29062.TXT
   
3. Obtain 2 formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.

4. To create the diskettes, run QRST5 and follow the
   on-screen instructions.

5. After the diskettes are created, you may delete the
   downloaded file SP29062.EXE and the other files created
   on your hard drive if you wish.

6. Type VIEWME at the command prompt on the First Diskette
   for additional information.
