This set of files is an electronic update of the Network Server Adapters and Upgrade Modules Software and Documentation CD that came with the server adapter. ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES: - This softpaq contains the latest available miniport drivers. - The Windows Network Teaming Utility supplies a new feature, the NIC Teaming Utilization Tab. - The Windows Network Teaming Utility now includes an enhancement that allows you to replicate network configuration settings from one ProLiant to a group of target ProLiants using the System Insight Manager (HPSIM) group configuration mechanism. - The NetWare miniport driver for NC31xx NICs now supports HP's Auto-MDIX technology. The key benefit of this technology is to eliminate the need for special crossover cables when connecting LAN devices together. HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1. 4.
