ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Updates Broadcom Advanced Control Suite (BACS) installer to version 7.74.01 
(also included in SP28835).
- Updates BACS and Broadcom Management Application Programming Interface 
(BMAPI) to latest gold versions (also included in SP28835).
- Updates BACS so it is now fully localized (also included in SP28835).

FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where the NIC would stop responding (lock up) until the computer 
was power cycled from the wall.
- Fixes BACS issue so that Guest accounts are now prevented from viewing the 
Modify/Repair/Remove dialog box (also included in SP28835).
- Corrects foreign language truncation issues within help files (also included 
in SP28835).
- Corrects numerous secondary syntax and language translation/truncation issues 
(also included in SP28835).
