ENHANCEMENTS: 
Adds German(IBM) Keyboard support.

FIXES: 
Connection Administrator:
- Fixes failure on fail-over-connection when it is run more than once.
- Fixes issue where "Fatal Application Error" occurs after user clicks Up, 
Down, or Exit button.
- Fixes issue where the connections listed in Connection Administrator window 
changes position every time a user exits and re-enters.

- Resolves DHCP issue that caused the StartupMgr "Fatal Application Error."
- Resolves issue where the system stops responding if the user pushes down the 
CE image with a deployment server and  then uses "Set Factory Defaults." 

PREREQUISITES: 
- BIOS version 1.09 (or later) is required for this SoftPaq. BIOS version 1.09 
for the HP Compaq Thin Client t5000 Series is available in SoftPaq Number 
SP26147 (or 
later).

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
