FIXES: 
- Removes fix for issue for workstations configured with 4 GB of system memory 
that was provided in SoftPaq SP28725, because this fix is no longer supported 
by the BIOS.

- Adds the "Phlash16 /x" command line to the autoexec.bat file contained on the 
MS-DOS Startup diskette in order to support workstations with HIMEM.
