DESCRIPTION: This SoftPaq contains the installer for Element Manager for
             Windows as well as SNMP MIBs for the HP 24-Port 4x Fabric Copper
             Switch. This software is intended for use with version 2.2.0 of
             the HP 24-Port 4x Fabric Copper Switch firmware.

             THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE ABOUT TO DOWNLOAD IS PROVIDED BY HP (HP
             SOFTWARE) AND BY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING THE OPEN SOURCE
             COMMUNITY (ANCILLARY SOFTWARE).  USE OF THE HP SOFTWARE, THE

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES:  
Added support for HP 24-Port 4x Fabric Copper Switch firmware version 2.2.0.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install Element Manager for Windows,  change to the \Windows directory
   where the SoftPaq was extracted and execture the installer
   (install_x86.exe).

   additional information on Element Manager.
