DESCRIPTION: Firmware V3.08 for R1500XR Models
The R1500XR firmware update is designed to upgrade the firmware of the following R1500XR models to V3.08.
- 204404-001 North America
- 204404-B31 International Model
- 204404-291 Japanese Model

Enhancements/Fixes: The following issues have been resolved with 3.08.
 
Enhancements:
- Buck point on 100V model changed from 106V to 110V.
- Flash program: The firmware coding has been structured to make flashing operation more robust.

Fixes:
- XCP issues
- Cannot auto restart if utility fails during schedule on.  If the utility fails during schedule on, then recovers after schedule on, timer counts down to zero and UPS can’t auto restart. Firmware was change to address this problem.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. This executable file is downloaded as a self extracting compressed file.  Run the file to extract the required flash utility and firmware.

2. From the specified drive and directory, execute the Flash utility and follow the on-screen instructions. (See Note)*

*Note: Use the detailed Word document instructions located within the extracted files to perform the Firmware Flash Procedure.
