DESCRIPTION: Firmware V2.00 for R5500XR Models
The R5500XR firmware update is designed to upgrade the firmware of the  following R5500XR models to v2.00.
- 326529-D71 NA/Japan
- 326529-B31 Intl

Enhancements/Fixes: The following issues have been resolved with V2.00.
 
Enhancements:
- Added H/W revision detection to support battery transfer speed up circuit enhancements.
- Changed alarm status while in bypass due to overload to now read Bypass Mode rather than continue to display the overload status.

Fixes:
- Changed horn pulse frequency from 2 second pulses to 5 second pulses.
- Corrected multiple audible alarms intervals to be consistent with other UPS products.
- Corrected Battery Test status not clearing when the batteries have been removed.
- Corrected Input Utility voltage and frequency displaying invalid values when utility is not present.

HOW TO USE:
1. Download the Softpaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. This executable file is downloaded as a self extracting compressed file.  Run the file to extract the required flash utility and firmware.

2. From the specified drive and directory, execute the Flash utility and follow the on-screen instructions. (See Note)*

*Note: Use the detailed Word document instructions located within the extracted files to perform the Firmware Flash Procedure.
