ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Updates Broadcom Advanced Control Suite (BACS) installer to version 7.74.01.
- Updates BACS and Broadcom Management Application Programming Interface 
(BMAPI) to the latest gold versions.
- Updates DOS diagnostics to version 7.40, which provides improved error 
messaging and allows new Engineering mode execution.
- Updates BACS so it is now fully localized.

FIXES: 
- Fixes BACS issue so that Guest accounts are now prevented from viewing the 
Modify/Repair/Remove dialog box.
- Corrects foreign language truncation issues within help files.
- Corrects numerous secondary syntax and language translation/truncation 
issues.

The new DOS diagnostics:
- Correct interrupt and loopback test failures on older systems.
