HOW TO USE:
 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: The BIOS version can be determined in the last step of the running the
BIOS flash utility. Click "OK" to confirm the BIOS update and continue, or 
click "Cancel" to skip it.
