                Updated ROM to set the Management Processor serial port 
                default baud rate to 9600.

                Updated ROM to set the EMS default baud rate to 9600.

                Updated ROM to set the BIOS Serial Console to default ENABLE.

                Updated ROM to issue a warning instead of the "Absent Keyboard Error" 
                when configured without keyboard.

                Updated ROM to support configurations with mixed CPU Stepping.

                Updated ROM to correct possible warmboot ECC enable issue, with C0+ CPU steppings.




HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP27954.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP27954 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP27954.EXE if you wish.
