DESCRIPTION:
This SoftPaq creates files that contain the CPQFlash utility and a binary image of 
the System BIOS (ROM) for the notebook models listed below with a 68P4F Family ROM. 
The CPQFlash utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS on PCs through a
Windows environment. The ROM Family and ROM date can be determined by running
the Setup Utility by pressing F10 on the target computer during system power
on of the computer, and viewing File/System Information.

 - Fixes a problem that could occur in a notebook running on AC power only with no 
   battery power available. If it entered Standby mode and then lost AC power, it 
   would not come back up normally when power was restored.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE COMPUTER WHILE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE!
